When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• First name and last name (optional)
• Service interests (optional checkboxes)
• Free-text expectations (optional)
• Timestamp of registration

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form.

4. Purpose

Your data is used solely to:

• Manage the waitlist and notify you of the launch
• Send a one-time confirmation email
• Understand user interest to shape our product

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the EU). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data until the platform launches and you create an account, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
